Getting started is simple and straightforward

We will reply with available appointment times and next steps. We'll also answer any questions you have about services, payment, or the telehealth process.
Once you select a time that works for you, we'll send you a confirmation with the secure telehealth link and instructions for joining your appointment.
At your appointment time, simply click the link we provide to connect with your Board-Certified PMHNP via secure video from anywhere in California.
Important information about your appointment
Initial psychiatric evaluations last 45-60 minutes. Follow-up medication management appointments are typically 20-30 minutes.
All appointments are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You can join from any device with internet access—smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Your privacy is protected by HIPAA laws. Everything you share is confidential and will not be disclosed without your permission.
Services are available in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. Choose the language you're most comfortable with for your appointments.
